Effective Date: 7th September 2025
Reviewed: 7th September 2025

1. Purpose

EDM House Network is committed to accuracy, transparency, and accountability in all editorial content. Our Corrections Policy outlines how we address errors, factual inaccuracies, or omissions in our articles, features, and other published material.

2. Commitment to Accuracy

All content is carefully fact-checked before publication.

We strive to present accurate information about artists, releases, events, and industry news.

Editorial staff are responsible for verifying quotes, data, and references.

3. Reporting Errors

Readers, artists, and industry professionals are encouraged to report factual inaccuracies via [email protected]

Reports should include the article title, URL, and a description of the issue.

4. Corrections Procedure

Minor errors: Typographical errors or small mistakes may be corrected silently but noted at the bottom of the article if necessary.

Significant errors: Factual inaccuracies, misquotes, or misleading information will be corrected promptly. A correction notice will be added at the top or bottom of the article, clearly indicating what was changed.

Updates to ongoing stories: When an article is updated with new information, an “Updated” timestamp is displayed to maintain transparency.

5. Transparency

All corrections are clearly labelled as such to ensure readers are aware of the changes.

EDM House Network will not remove content to hide errors; our goal is to maintain trust through honesty and accountability.

6. Editorial Responsibility

Editors and writers are responsible for reviewing corrections submitted by staff, contributors, or readers.

Management oversees the implementation of the corrections policy and ensures compliance across all published content.

7. Commitment to Continuous Improvement

We regularly review editorial processes to reduce errors and improve accuracy.

Staff training includes fact-checking, source verification, and ethical reporting standards.
