Oliver Heldens Calls Out DJ’s Buying Fake Views!

Ultra Music Festival took place last weekend and it was a roaring success. Although some aspects of the festival were heavily criticized, mainly the transport at the end of Day 1, they worked from their mistakes and corrected them for the final two days. One of the great things about being a fan of UMF, is that once it’s all over, we get to relive the same sets in glorious high definition once the artists have decided to upload their sets to YouTube.

Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers, David Guetta, andNicky Romero are all artists who have uploaded their full sets in the past couple of days, including Oliver Heldens. The Dutch future house artist recently took to Twitter to call out a certain portion of artists who seem to be buying fake views on their sets to get more notoriety. Although he doesn’t name anyone in particular, he says within the tweet “cause people r not stupid, it’s very easy to recognize the fake views” which means if you went looking for proof, you would easily find it.

What are you thoughts on this?
