Producer / Content Creator Alex Reid and KV331 Audio Invites Producers Worldwide to Remix Alex Reid’s song “All That I Want”

The KV331 Audio Remix Challenge #2 is now open, inviting producers worldwide to remix Alex Reid’s latest single, “All That I Want.” Presented by KV331 Audio, Alex Reid, LabelRadar, and Artists & Relations, the contest offers a structured remix opportunity backed by a prize pool valued at over $4,000, including a full license of SynthMaster 3. Participants are provided with the official remix materials, set at 119 BPM in the key of A minor, and are required to submit their entries exclusively through the official contest page before the deadline on January 16, 2026.

Using SynthMaster 3 for the Remix

A defining aspect of the KV331 Audio Remix Challenge #2 is the opportunity (not requirement) to use SynthMaster 3 at no cost through its official demo version. As KV331 Audio’s flagship modular synthesizer, SynthMaster 3 is designed as a comprehensive sound design tool rather than a single-purpose instrument. It supports a wide range of synthesis methods, including analog-style synthesis, wavetable, granular, additive, frequency modulation, phase modulation, phase distortion, ring modulation, pulse width modulation, physical modeling, and SFZ sample playback.

SynthMaster 3 is available in VST2, VST3, AudioUnits, and AAX formats, making it compatible with most professional digital audio workstations. The demo version is fully permitted for contest submissions, allowing producers to integrate the instrument freely across their remix without functional limitations that would affect eligibility. This setup gives entrants the flexibility to explore detailed sound design, melodic reinterpretation, or structural changes while working within the original framework of Alex Reid’s “All That I Want.”

For producers unfamiliar with the instrument, SynthMaster 3 offers both preset-based workflows and deeper modular synthesis options. More experienced users can design custom patches using multiple synthesis engines, while newer users can focus on arrangement and processing without being limited by access to the full version.

Rules, Submission Process, and Prize Breakdown

All entries for the KV331 Audio Remix Challenge #2 must be submitted through the official contest page by 11:59 PM PST on January 16, 2026. Uploading full versions of the remix to external streaming platforms such as Spotify or Deezer is not permitted and will result in disqualification. Producers are allowed to share short preview snippets on social media, provided they include the hashtags #alexreidremixcontest and #KV331audioremixchallenge.

The jury consists of Alex Reid and Artists & Relations, who will evaluate submissions based on production quality and interpretation of the original track. AI-generated entries are not allowed, and SUNO remixes are explicitly prohibited under the contest rules.

The first place winner will receive an extensive software bundle including SynthMaster 3, Arturia V Collection 11 Intro, Eventide SplitEQ, Reason Studios one-year subscription, IK Multimedia Total Studio 5 MAX, Sonible smart:comp 3, Minimal Audio Rift, MeldaProduction MEssentialsFXBundle, Baby Audio Parallel Aggressor, D16Group Nepheton 2, United Plugins United Urban Bundle, and additional instruments and effects, along with an exclusive Alex Reid preset pack. The second place winner will receive Dawesome Kult, MOK Miniraze, MOK FYLTRIG, and the Alex Reid preset pack. The third place winner will receive Dawesome Hate, MOK FYLTRIG, and the Alex Reid preset pack.

With a clearly defined production brief, unrestricted access to SynthMaster 3, and professional judging, the KV331 Audio Remix Challenge #2 offers producers a focused opportunity to reinterpret “All That I Want” while competing for a broad selection of professional music production tools.
