Belters Only Collab With Sonny Fodera & Jazzy On New Club Anthem ‘Life Lesson’!
Unstoppable Irish DJ duo Belters Only team up with Sonny Fodera and Jazzy on their new single ‘Life Lesson’, out on 27th October via Polydor Records.
With uplifting piano, driving bass and a stunning vocal from frequent collaborator Jazzy, ‘Life Lesson’ is a beautifully crafted anthem by Belters Only with the help of Sonny Fodera’s famed production talents.
The new single comes out ahead of the duo’s sold-out Dublin 3Arena show and the week before they play Liverpool Blackstone Warehouse, and continues a hot streak for the duo: their recent soul-stirring single ‘4EVA’ and appearance on Riton’s ‘Never Knew Love’ followed the smash singles ‘In The Morning’ with Rain Radio and Jazzy, and ‘My Mind’, which has had over eight millions streams since March. Their remix work has also been gaining serious traction this year, with reworks including Sonny Fodera’s ‘Like I Used To’ and Kimmic’s ‘Never Miss A Beat’.
Sonny Fodera’s current track ‘Asking’ is a UK Top 10 single, also hitting Top 15 in the Irish charts, and has over 40M global streams across all platforms. He headlined some of the biggest festivals in the UK last year alongside a 15-week residency at Amnesia, Ibiza, and recently announced his biggest ever headline show at Alexandra Palace in London. With support from the likes of Calvin Harris, Dom Dolla, Gorgon City, Danny Howard and Noizu.
Irish dance pop singer-songwriter Jazzy is similarly having a big year, coming off the back of an Irish #1 and UK Top 3 single with ‘Giving Me’ and a Top 40 UK single with ‘Feel It’. The three artists collectively have over 1M followers on Instagram and TikTok alone, increasing the hype around this all-star collaboration.
Following a breakthrough 2022, Belters Only have now amassed almost 500 million streams with their own anthemic brand of house music. ‘Make Me Feel Good’ was the 12th biggest selling song of the year in the UK and the duo have just hit an impressive 60k TikTok followers, 50k on Instagram, and 40K YouTube subs, as well as finishing up 2022 as the 6th most viewed TikTok music page across all genres in Ireland.
After releasing their Soundcloud-only project Irish Only, which held the top of the New & Hot chart in Ireland, the duo capped off last year with their EP ‘2022 Only’, and earlier this year scored another big hit with their single ‘My Mind’, which consolidated their position as the hottest new DJ duo to watch.
Their fine form has continued with ‘Life Lesson’, a red-hot collaboration that’s set to become the duo’s next big club anthem.
