After almost two years away, the #1 global roaming immersive party brand, elrow is beyond excited to announce its return to Brooklyn Mirage for Psyrowdelic Trip, a 10-hour musical, visual, and experiential extravaganza. Heating up the dancefloors for a stellar welcome back, today elrow announce their initial DJ lineup that includes leftfield collective Desert Hearts taking over Kings Hall, Saturday July 24, from 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM.

Psyrowdelic Trip is one of the first shows to return to Brooklyn Mirage and one of the very first festivals to happen in New York post-pandemic. Get in the groove man, and move with the flow as the world’s top tech and house DJs drop the needle on the record!  Dennis Ferrer, Lee Reynolds, Todd Terry playing house classics, Mikey Lion, Marbs, and Porky, plus Chelina Manuhutu b2b Francisco Alliendes, Josh Butler b2b Bontan, and Will Clarke b2b Huxley, with many more to be announced.

Psyrowdelic Trip is inspired by the freewheeling spirit of the late 1960s. In true elrow fashion, no expense will be spared in bringing to life the peace and love vibes of the era. elrow performers will be dressed as commune characters, hippies, alchemists, demonstrators, spaced-out trippers, and more. elrow’s famed artisans will convert the venue into a psychedelic playground with outrageous props and scenarios where revelers are encouraged to open their minds, share the love, and dance in harmony until they drop. In the words of elrow, “Hug a tree, hug a flower, hug whatever and whoever, as long as you spread a bit of love and laughter.”

““Its been a very long and challenging year and we are happy to say that we are finally back!!! We will dance, hug, smile and party together like never before…new york is our home and this show is the beginning of a crazy future ahead” Juan Arnau Jr, founder and CEO

“Two months ago we didn’t know if we’d be able to have elrow in North America before 2022 and today we are confirming our open-air festival. How lucky are we?! I feel so grateful and blessed that we will have an opportunity to dance together with the rest of elrow family in Brooklyn on July 24th at our favorite venue Avant Gardner,” says Michael Julian, Head of elrow North America.

As the theme suggests, this party is all about expanding your mind, tripping out to peace, love and happiness.elrow suggests that all you cool cats get ready for the wildest hippy commune to take over New York! Costumes are encouraged  — get those summertime flowers in your hair, and dress to the nines in your groovy threads patched jeans, halter tops, tie-dye, floral dresses, fringed vests, bellbottoms, and cutoffs.  As one of the most sought after experiential events in the world, elrow’s strength comes from its reputation, with NPR calling it, ‘the leading adult clubbing brand’.  Since its 2016 U.S. debut in NYC which attracted 800 attendees, elrow has steadily expanded its footprint in the United States, growing in notoriety and reputation. It now attracts more than 5,000 revelers per show.  The New York Times gave praise, calling it an “art and music extravaganza … a roaming celebration that is part Cirque du Soleil, part Alice In Wonderland.” elrow hosts the globe’s craziest parties to attend!

New EDM Friday April 17 is here with new music from John Summit, Subtronics and more.

From the peak of the charts to the deepest corners of the warehouse, this week is defined by artists challenging their own identities. Whether it’s house music legends evolving or bass pioneers reclaiming their sound, these are the tracks you should not miss on this week’s New EDM Friday.

John Summit – CTRL ESCAPE (Album)

The wait is officially over. Today, John Summit unveils his debut album, CTRL ESCAPE, via Experts Only / Darkroom Records. Serving as a comprehensive portrait of his life over the last few years, the album is a genre-blurring journey that fuses tech-house flair with dubstep, drum & bass, and melodic textures. From stadium-sized anthems to intimate late-night cuts, CTRL ESCAPE is designed to be played in rooms of all sizes. It’s not just an album; it’s a communal experience that cements Summit’s position as the definitive face of modern dance music.

Malaa (Alter Ego) & YDG – STFU

French house titan Malaa introduces his “Alter Ego” to the Deadbeats family, teaming up with breakout star YDG for the high-intensity single “STFU.” This track is a volatile crossover, moving fluidly between breakbeats, trap rhythms, and a driving four-on-the-floor switch. It marks a darker, more experimental phase for Malaa, perfectly complemented by YDG’s heavy low-end precision. With both artists heading to EDC Las Vegas, this is a primary weapon for the 2026 festival season.

GRiZ – BBFL

GRiZ returns with “BBFL” (Bass, Beats, Funk, Love), a track that distills his entire musical ethos into one high-impact statement. Built around his signature silky saxophone topline and anchored by hip-hop-leaning vocals, the track bridges feel-good funk with groovy pressure. After a massive year that saw the debut of his Seven Stars Festival, “BBFL” signals that GRiZ isn’t just revisiting his past—he’s expanding it for a new era of connection and joy.

Claude VonStroke ft. Jasper + Ella – Two Line Groove

Claude VonStroke takes a deeply personal turn with “Two Line Groove,” the latest single from his upcoming album Wrong Number. In a move away from feature-driven releases, this “family affair” features his children, Jasper and Ella Crenshaw, on vocals. Eschewing festival spectacle for a patient, jazzy house groove, the track feels right at home on a DC10 terrace. It’s a generational reset that prioritizes “uplifting creativity” over trends, proving Claude is still finding new ways to innovate from within.

Kaleena Zanders – Stronger Than Machines

Vocal powerhouse and producer Kaleena Zanders drops “Stronger Than Machines,” the third single from her forthcoming debut album Anything Goes. Written as a “slice of musical hope” in a world of AI, the track is a groovy, uplifting anthem built on driving chords and infectious gang vocals. Arriving on the heels of several viral social media moments, the single lands just as Kaleena prepares for her headline tour and major slots at Electric Forest.

Kayzo & Manji – FKN LOUD

Kayzo continues his full-throttle transition into hard dance with “FKN LOUD,” a blistering collaboration with hard-techno force Manji. Driven by distorted plucks and punishing kicks, the track is a raw fusion of hardcore and techno. Kayzo’s move into this genre has been solidified by his recent Mixmag LAB announcement, and “FKN LOUD” serves as a high-impact anthem for those who prefer their dance music heavy and unrelenting.

Moody Good x KARAN! – Mouth Piece

Moody Good pushes further into his “SPEEEDBUMP” audio-visual universe with “Mouth Piece,” a collaboration with Brazilian producer KARAN!. The track merges futuristic baile funk grooves with industrial bass precision. It is a meticulously engineered, bouncy experience that continues to expand the hyper-detailed world Moody Good is building on Deadbeats.

Grabbitz – Better Off Before

Following his creative reset, Grabbitz returns with “Better Off Before,” a track that re-centers him as a top-tier producer. Blending textural bass pulses with his signature vulnerable vocal delivery, the song explores themes of identity and self-worth. It’s a sophisticated, emotionally uncompromising record that feels equally at home on a massive sound system or in a pair of headphones for late-night introspection.

Casa de Afro: Where African Roots Ignite Mexico City Nights

Casa de Afro

In the beating heart of Mexico City, something special is unfolding after dark. Casa de Afro is not your average dance music series. It is a warm, living connection between the ancient rhythms of Africa and the electric energy of modern club life. Founded by Dr. ADO and Bud Lee, this project brings people together through Afro House in a way that feels genuine, respectful, and full of soul.

The Visionaries Behind the Sound

Dr. ADO Casa de Afro Dr. ADO grew up in London with Ghanaian roots running deep in his veins. Yet it was his years spent fully immersed in South Africa’s vibrant scene that shaped him as an artist. He stood side by side with legends like Vanco, Culoe De Song, Major League DJz, Thakzin, and Cuebur, learning the true essence of Afro-Tech straight from the source. That real-world experience shines through in every track he touches. His song “Get Away” has already passed 1.6 million streams on Spotify, and his recent Anjunadeep Explorations releases with BokkieUlt, “Hold My Hand” and “Starlight,” have earned him serious respect in the global underground.

Bud Lee Casa de Afro Bud Lee adds the perfect balance. Hailing from Philadelphia, this African-American artist carries more than ten years of music experience. He has poured his heart into Afro House lately, bringing a soulful, distinctly American warmth that completes the picture. When these two step into the booth together, the chemistry is effortless because it comes from shared love for the diaspora and the music that connects it all.

Taking the Sound Across the World

Mexico City is still the heart of Casa de Afro, but the duo is making sure the vibe reaches far beyond. Their recent event at Maison Close in London’s Mayfair showed just how naturally the sound travels. In one of the planet’s toughest music cities, they created an intimate, magnetic night that felt right at home for fans on both continents.

Two Nights You Need to Catch This Spring

The founders have never forgotten the local crowd that helped them grow. This spring they are giving back with two very special appearances in Mexico City.

On April 17, head to Symphonie for a true late-night journey. The session runs from 10 PM straight through until 5 AM. Expect deep, hypnotic Afro House grooves that wrap around you in one of the city’s most atmospheric clubs. Get your tickets through here.

Then on May 9, Casa de Afro joins forces with the global brand ¿PorquéNo? for their official Mexico City launch at the beautiful Faunna Rooftop. This is a proud milestone for the series, recognizing them as true pioneers of the sound in the region. Get your tickets through here.

Why It All Matters

Dr. ADO says it best: “We’ve worked hard to cultivate a community here that genuinely loves this music. To be able to bring that community along as we support global launches like ¿PorquéNo?, and to see the sound resonate in places like London, is a real honor for us. We’re just focused on keeping the quality high and staying true to the African roots, both by blood and by experience, that make this music what it is.”

That honest approach is what makes every Casa de Afro night feel like more than just a party. It feels like belonging.
