MOGA Essaouira has now unveiled its full lineup of over 70 artists who will be heading to the shores of Morocco in October.
From the 3rd to the 5th of October, Essaouira will be taken over by the beautiful sounds of electronic music from some of the worlds best artists. The new additions to the lineup include Dorian Craft, Enzo Leep, Jorge Caiado, Luca Saporito (Audiofly), Magda, Rita Soko, and many more. They’ll be bringing a variety of styles to MOGA’s soundscape including techno, tech house, afro, disco, and much more to please your ears and souls. All of this comes during MOGA Essaouira’s IN program which sees the production and artists get into full swing, but October 1st and 2nd also holds much excitement.
The first couple days are part of the OFF program where the cultural and artistic elements of the festival take centre stage. Essaouira has a rich history which is encouraged to be explored as part of the festival with plenty of activities being available to dig into Essaouira’s culture. MOGA is also about wellness and community, so the OFF program gives everyone the opportunity to connect in the buildup to the IN program.
Set on the coast of Morocco, there are few festivals with more beautiful backdrops to gaze upon while you dance the day and night away. Essaouira is renowned for its beautiful beaches and ancient fortifications which earnt it a spot as one of the filming locations for Game of Thrones. During the IN program the festival heads to Hôtel le Golf d’Essaouira & Spa where you can really get stuck into the luxuries of this boutique festival. Featuring two pools, four immersive stages and a palm-lined oasis, it’s a gorgeous setting for a heavenly experience of music and culture. The 4 stages (Main, Garden, Wild, and Terrace) each offer their own distinctive sound so you can explore each one to find your sound.
If you want to get yourself lost in a sonic experience of eclectic sounds, and the surroundings of a beautiful vibrant country then look no further.
