New EDM Friday: Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Fred Again.., Steve Aoki, Afrojack & More!

Martin Garrix & Seth Hills – Biochemical
Showing no signs of slowing down as we head into festival season, Martin Garrix offers up his third release on the trot in the form of ‘Biochemical’ alongside Seth Hills. The first time these two artists link up in the studio does not disappoint as they deliver a banging electro-infused mainstage killer.

David Guetta & Galantis ft. 5 Seconds of Summer – Lighter
Galantis
, David Guetta, and 5 Seconds of Summer have joined forces for new single ‘Lighter’. The soaring collaboration has created an incredible buzz among fans on social media over the past week, teased via a viral mailing of mysterious red dice and title-revealing candles to superfans around the world. The single marks the first new music release from 5 Seconds of Summer in over a year and hot on the tail of David Guetta’s record-breaking hits with the likes of Kim PetrasBebe Rexha & more.

GT_Ofice, Mathew Topper & Sarah de Warren – No Tears
‘No Tears’ is the first time GT_Ofice has worked together with Matthew Topper & Sarah de Warren and it delivers. Both GT_Ofice and Matthew Topper manage to blend and mesh their own signature styles together to create a fusion while an incredible vocal performance is delivered, as expected, by Sarah de Warren. The memorable and catchy lyrics paired with feel good and infectious synth work makes this the perfect single to kick off the upcoming festival season.

Danny Eviza ft. Jetason – Gone
Danny Eviza, after a stunning debut in 2023 with ‘Lost’, returns with his second single and the first for 2024, ‘Gone’, in collaboration with Jetason and released via CLUBWRK. Danny Eviza‘s first track perfectly introduced listeners to his brand of house music, and ‘Gone’ not only reaffirms this sound but also expands it, showcasing his versatility as an artist. The track ‘Gone’ evolves from the catchy and engaging rhythm of Danny Eviza‘s first release but also infuses it with a more progressive and darker undertone. This results in a sound that is both refreshingly unique and compellingly sophisticated. Jetason, widely known as Jordan Grace, complements the track with his emotive and profound lyrics, enhancing the overall impact of the song and solidifying its appeal.

Steve Aoki & Afrojack presents: Afroki ft. Aviella – Everything You Do
Afroki, the name given to the duo of Steve Aoki and Afrojack are back on our new music feeds after 10 years when they last released their collab titled ‘Afroki’. As we can expect, these two mainstage rockers deliver with a powerful and punchy big room track that has elements of the dirty Dutch sound that we loved from years gone by.

Fred again.., Lil Yachty & Overmono – stayinit
Is there any stopping Fred again..? The star of the electronic dance music scene is back with his first single of 2024 as he lines up beside Lil Yachty and Overmono on ‘stayinit’. A slick breakbeat single that incorporates elements of r&b, d&b, and bass music, the single showcases yet again the diverse and talent that his artist holds.
