New EDM Friday Releases You Cannot Miss, June 27, 2025
New EDM Friday is back in full force and it contains brand new music from EDM heavyweights such as Martin Garrix, Tiesto, David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, and more.
New EDM Friday is here, bringing a stacked lineup of fresh bangers, deep grooves, and euphoric melodies straight from the world’s most exciting electronic artists. Whether you’re raving until sunrise, getting zoned in at the gym, or chasing a sunset drive, this week’s releases deliver everything you need to keep the energy flowing.
Martin Garrix x Citadelle – Peace of Mind
Martin Garrix teams up with Citadelle for ‘Peace of Mind’, a deep and progressive anthem that blends emotional depth with cinematic tension. This one is all about atmosphere, glowing synthwork, a haunting topline, and a slow-build drop that lands with real impact. It’s an introspective festival weapon that proves both artists’ versatility yet again.
Tiësto & Mathame – Everlight
Following on from their previous collab, ‘Feel Your Ghost’, Tiësto and Mathame unleash ‘Everlight’. This track is hypnotic and powerful, balancing dark, brooding energy with uplifting melodic overtones. It’s a journey through sound, minimal yet emotionally charged, designed to light up late-night sets and underground dancefloors alike.
Armin van Buuren – Breathe (Album)
Armin drops ‘Breathe’, his highly anticipated full-length album that spans the spectrum of trance, progressive, and vocal-driven dance music. From high-octane bangers to deeply personal cuts, ‘Breathe’ showcases the legendary DJ’s continued evolution. Standouts like ‘God Is In The Soundwaves’ and ‘Love Is A Drug’ show Armin pushing boundaries while still delivering peak-time anthems.
Max White – Moving Hostile
Max White unloads a tech house firebomb with ‘Moving Hostile’, a no-holds-barred club weapon that thrives on raw power and gritty attitude. Fueled by a relentless groove, razor-sharp percussion, and bold rap-style vocals, the track stomps through the underground with full-force energy. It’s dark, hypnotic, and unapologetically aggressive, built for sweaty basements, strobe-lit peak hours, and any dancefloor brave enough to handle it. This one doesn’t ask for your attention, it demands it.
WHIPPED CREAM & BKAYE – never mine
WHIPPED CREAM and BKAYE reunite for ‘never mine’, a hypnotic, cinematic house cut that blurs the line between emotional release and dancefloor intensity. Out now via Monstercat, the track opens with airy synths and ghostly ambiance before WHIPPED CREAM’s own vocals draw you into a spellbinding groove. As the bassline kicks in and tension builds, it all gives way to a tech house-inspired drop that’s equal parts raw and refined. Vulnerable, seductive, and built for peak-set magic, never mine is a genre-bending anthem designed to move bodies and stir hearts.
Andrew Dum, Eran Hersh ft. Alina Eremia – Changes
‘Changes’ is a deep and melodic afro house gem, with Romanian vocalist Alina Eremia delivering a fantastic performance over warm pads and intricate grooves. Andrew Dum and Eran Hersh craft a track that’s equal parts hypnotic and emotional, tailor-made for those 3 a.m. dancefloor revelations.
Claude VonStroke & Reggie Watts – This MFing Beat
Claude VonStroke and Reggie Watts cook up a funky fever dream on ‘This MFing Beat’, a wild, genre-defying ride that oozes personality. Born out of spontaneous studio magic and sealed over a salmon dinner, the track blends Claude’s off-kilter club instincts with Reggie’s signature vocal absurdity and improv genius. The result? A groovy, glitchy, laugh-out-loud tech-funk jam that’s as weird as it is danceable. Equal parts party-starter and performance art, This MFing Beat is peak summertime weirdness—silly, slick, and seriously funky.

David Ramano Continues His Exploration Of Afro & Melodic House With New ‘Time Loop EP’
David Ramano releases the Time Loop EP via his Omkara imprint, a three-track Afro and Melodic House journey rooted in rhythm, emotion, and reflection.
David Ramano, the London-born and now Dubai-based electronic artist and producer, continues his run of new music this year, with the release of the ‘Time Loop EP’ via his Omkara imprint. The three-track EP showcases a deeper and more conceptual step in his exploration of Afro and Melodic House, citing a new chapter in his personal evolution as an artist.
The ‘Time Loop’ EP is a reflection on the patterns that we move through and the moments we repeat, while pointing toward the awareness that allows us to move beyond them. Across each of the tracks, the EP unfolds as a journey that moves from rhythm and repetition into introspection and resolution.
The opening track, ‘Time Loop’, is a deep and hypnotic instrumental built for the dancefloor, driven by rolling Afro House percussion and evolving textures, focusing on presence over progression. The EP then shifts towards ‘Lost In The Waves’, a vocal-led piece that introduces a more emotive dimension, exploring surrender, trust, and the experience of letting go into the unknown. Closing the EP, ‘Never Look Back’ brings a feeling of clarity and forward motion, with a vocal that conveys quiet strength and release, capturing the decision to move on without attachment to the past.
The ‘Time Loop EP’ notes one of David’s most prolific runs of studio output to date, with a catalogue of music released on and forthcoming across labels including Enormous Tunes, Where The Heart Is, Vamos Music, Vamos Music Talents, Ostowana, Xpressed Records, Open Bar Music, and his own imprint, Omkara. This stream of releases reflects his ever-growing presence across the global Afro and Melodic House scene and his commitment to rhythm-driven electronic music rooted in emotion and cultural influence. His music continues to reach audiences worldwide, with new tour dates forthcoming, including a performance in Miami.
Raised in London’s diverse musical landscape, David’s sound is shaped by soulful harmonies, emotional storytelling, and the influence of underground dance culture. From the 1990s pirate radio scene to performances across the UK, Spain, Sweden, and Canada, his journey has been defined by authenticity and movement. As one half of the Deepologists, he developed an immersive approach to music that connects the physical and emotional sides of the dancefloor.
David’s work continues to receive strong support from international tastemakers, including Damian Lazarus, Themba, CamelPhat, Shimza, Artbat, Cosmic Gate, and Don Diablo. His track ‘Fall’ remains one of his most-streamed releases, combining Afro percussive energy with emotive melodies and surpassing 380,000 streams while featuring on key Spotify Afro House playlists. Across platforms, his catalogue has now exceeded 850,000 streams, with music reaching clubs, festivals, and radio shows worldwide.
Founded as a creative platform for forward-thinking Afro and Melodic House, Omkara serves as the home for David Ramano’s own releases. The label’s vision is centred on innovation, emotional depth, and rhythm-driven soundscapes that bridge tradition and modernity, drawing influence from African, Latin, and Eastern musical heritage.
With the ‘Time Loop EP’, David Ramano moves deeper into his artistic vision, delivering a body of work rooted in rhythm and emotion while already gaining early support from respected names including Damian Lazarus and Themba, signalling its impact across the global Afro and Melodic House community.
