He remains best known for his 2010 Defected Records single “Hey Hey,” a record that helped define the sound of soulful house for a new generation of dancefloors, and his catalog includes long-running collaborations with Masters at Work and Little Louie Vega.

808 Festival Bangkok returns on October 2–3, 2026 at BITEC Bangna, bringing another major electronic music lineup to the Thai capital. Since launching in 2013, 808 Festival has become one of the country’s most established electronic music events, regularly welcoming leading international DJs and producers to Bangkok. The Phase 1 announcement is led by ILLENIUM, W&W, Argy and Ben Nicky, joined by two notable B2B performances from SLANDER and NGHTMRE, as well as Adam Beyer and Chris Avantgarde. Rivo, Ian Asher and Mary Droppinz also join the lineup, bringing house and electronic pop influences alongside the melodic bass, big room, techno and trance represented across the first announcement.

Breaking Down the Phase 1 Lineup

The first announcement brings together several returning 808 Festival artists, new additions and two B2B performances. SLANDER B2B NGHTMRE reunites two of bass music’s most recognised acts, while Adam Beyer B2B Chris Avantgarde pairs two major names in techno. ILLENIUM, W&W, Argy and Ben Nicky bring melodic bass, big room, melodic techno and trance to the lineup, with Rivo, Ian Asher and Mary Droppinz extending its house and electronic pop representation.

The Phase 1 announcement brings back several artists with an existing history with 808 Festival, while also introducing bookings that give the 2026 edition a broader musical range. The two B2B sets are notable because both pairings come from existing creative relationships. SLANDER and NGHTMRE have worked together since the release of Gud Vibrations in 2016, which later developed into a label and event series under the same name. Their return as a B2B act brings that shared history back to the stage. Adam Beyer B2B Chris Avantgarde offers a different type of collaboration, connecting Beyer’s decades of work in techno and leadership of Drumcode with the darker melodic production heard across Chris Avantgarde’s recent releases. Rivo, Ian Asher and Mary Droppinz add house, electronic pop and club music to the announcement, giving the first phase a wider mix of established names and artists who have gained greater international attention in recent years.

Since launching in 2013 as a single-day event, 808 Festival has grown into a recurring multi-day festival with a wider selection of electronic music across its lineups. Previous editions have featured artists including Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, Skrillex, Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Above & Beyond, Peggy Gou and Sara Landry. Over the years, the event has taken place at several locations, including Live Park Rama 9, SHOW DC, Nong Nooch Garden in Pattaya and BITEC Bangna, which has become its regular home in recent editions. 808 Festival Bangkok 2026 Dates, Venue and Tickets

808 Festival Bangkok 2026 will take place on October 2–3, 2026 at BITEC Bangna in Bangkok. The indoor exhibition venue has hosted several recent editions of the festival and allows its stages, lighting and large-scale production to operate within one connected site. This year’s October dates also place the festival earlier in the calendar following several editions held in December.

Tickets are available through Ticketmelon, with further lineup announcements expected ahead of the festival. With Phase 1 now confirmed, the next announcement will reveal more of the artists joining the two-day festival.

As Momentous returns for its fourth edition this November, the boutique festival once again brings internationally recognized artists to Bentonville, and its newly revealed day-by-day lineup might be its strongest yet.

The two-day festival returns to The Momentary on November 6-7, a venue that’s welcomed artists like deadmau5, Kaskade, and Kraftwerk and is set to host Chris Lake and Zedd later this year. Blending electronic music, contemporary art, food, and local culture, this year’s edition features a lineup spanning house, techno, indie electronic, and bass, including SOFI TUKKER, Channel Tres (DJ Set), Hiroko Yamamura, and more.

Instead of following the traditional festival formula, Momentous unfolds across two very different settings. Friday transforms the Momentary’s galleries and RØDE House into a series of indoor dance floors before Saturday spills onto the museum’s Green for an open-air finale. That museum setting is part of what makes Momentous stand out in a sea of camping festivals and speedways.
