Ultra Europe Announced Phase Two Lineup For 2022!
ULTRA Europe has unveiled Phase 2 of its star-studded lineup, featuring some of the biggest international names in electronic music. Taking place from July 8 –10 at Park Mladeži in Split, Croatia, the eighth annual edition of the world’s premier destination music festival will feature headliners such as Above & Beyond, Amelie Lens, DJ Snake, Marco Carola, Marshmello, Nicky Romero, and Steve Aoki. Supporting acts include ACRAZE, Airod, ANNA, Frank Walker, Ilario Alicante, Krewella, Sam Feldt, and SOFI TUKKER.
Above & Beyond have been at the forefront of electronic dance music for two decades. Songwriters first, producers second, Above & Beyond’s unwavering commitment to their craft has fueled a career that many electronic artists today might only dream of.
DJ Snake is one of the most listened to superstars in electronic music, proudly boasting 3 songs in the Billion Stream Spotify Club. The Grammy-nominated artist and producer turned the world upside down with hits like “Taki Taki” and “Loco Contigo,” and his highly-anticipated return to ULTRA Europe is sure to get the audience jumping.
Marshmello will bring his signature marshmallow-shaped mask, with its broad smile and big eyes, back to ULTRA Europe for the first time since 2018. The Australian producer, also known as Josh Sytema, has developed a sound connected to hypertrap, dubstep, and Y2K-influenced bass music, with one of his flips reaching Coachella 2026 before he had released an original track. Subtronics Stands Out Among Returning Ultra Europe Regulars
While several Phase 2 additions are familiar names for Ultra Europe, Subtronics still gives the 2026 announcement one of its more interesting talking points. He played Ultra Europe 2024, appearing on the same day as AFROJACK and DJ Snake, so his 2026 booking is not a debut. What makes it worth noting is the context around the booking. Ultra Europe has long been associated with mainstage EDM, house, techno, and its RESISTANCE programming, while large-scale bass bookings have not been as constant in the festival’s Croatia lineup.
