Wenzday Debuts New House Anthem ‘Nowhere’ Via hau5trap!

Having recently made her hau5trap debut with synergistic collaboration ‘Shake’ with Bingewatch, Wenzday returns to the club-ready label with ‘Nowhere’.

From her early beginnings at the prestigious ICON Collective, to her timely coalescing with Dash Radio, Wenzday is a jack-of-all-trades. The multi-hyphenate cut her teeth on the sounds of the underground before catapulting into stardom. Between hosting her own radio show every Wednesday on Insomniac Radio, to her work as a co-founder of the hit bass label 40oz Cult, there’s nothing Wenzday can’t do. A certified force both in the studio and on-stage, the blossoming producer has graced prominent festivals like Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Lost Lands, Nocturnal Wonderland, Beyond Wonderland, and more. With releases spanning labels like CONFESSION, Dim Mak, Insomniac Records, mau5trap, and hau5trap, Wenzday brings her sophisticated sound design and explosive expertise back to hau5trap for her new cutting-edge single ‘Nowhere’.

Drawing its authority from techy grooves and sweltering bass house, ‘Nowhere’ is the amalgamation of Wenzday’s endless production talents. Never shy of genre experimentation, Wenzday’s nuanced approach to music creation knows no limits. Wenzday’s inspiration for ‘Nowhere’ came from the familiar gray area confusion known to precede relationships. “The basis for ‘Nowhere’ is about that gray area in the beginning of a relationship,” explains Wenzday. “When you are confused about where you stand and are afraid to admit your feelings. I wanted the call and response of the vocal to emulate the back and forth that goes on inside your head right before you text someone and tell them how you truly feel.”

‘Nowhere’ effortlessly combines warehouse romps with futuristic techy elements to deliver an enigmatic lovesick anthem. Designed with the dancefloor in mind, ‘Nowhere’ is yet another rapturous house cut in Wenzday’s ever-growing arsenal.
