Zan Monic Unleashes Killer Festival Edit Of ‘Antidote’!

When it comes to festival anthems, very few can compare to that of ‘Antidote’ by super trio Swedish House Mafia and legendary duo Knife Party. An eclectic banger that would turn any crowd into a frenzy, this single is still dominating the festival circuit as one of the hardest hitting anthems ever since it was released in 2011. Now ready to take this single to the very next level, Zan Monic puts his own touches onto it as he flips this electro house production into a hybrid of both trap and hardstyle.

A super diverse artist who cannot be contained to one genre or style, this festival edit showcases once again the talents of Zan Monic. As if it wasn’t a tough task to edit this single 11 years after its release, Zan Monic shows bravery and it most certainly paid off as we expect this one to have any dancefloor trembling. Build around two different drops, the first drop comes and it doesn’t disappoint as thumping kicks take over the low end with Zan playfully working with the original synths and sounds. As the first drop sets the tone, we get prepared for the second one but it hits a little differently than expected with a raw and energetic four-on-the-floor flavor being introduced as heavy hardstyle kicks carry the rhythm with Zan chopping his way through that iconic ‘Antidote’ riff.
