Summertime Sadness (Cedric Gervais Remix) – Lana Del Rey

The original track was released in 2012 on Lana Del Rey’s ‘Born To Die’ album and saw very good chart success as it would reach number one in Poland, Ukraine and Armenia. However, it was the following year where the track would take on a whole new life as a massive house hit when Cedric Gervais put his spin on it. It’s rare to see Martin Garrix release remixes nowadays but in first half of the 2010s he was pumping them out with the standout being his crowd bouncing remix of The Weeknd’s ‘Can’t Feel My Face.’ This song was always a highlight of his sets that helped to propel Garrix to stardom as the following year he would go to number 1 on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJ’s list.
