5 Collaborations You May Not Have Heard!

“iTrack” – Tim Berg, Oliver Ingrosso and Otto Knows
Recently we celebrated the 3 year anniversary of ‘Back Where I Belong’ which saw two life-long friends Avicii and Otto Knows come together for a truly memorable single. Rewind all the way back to 2010 when these two artists teamed up with Oliver Ingrosso (Sebastian Ingrosso‘s cousin) to released the melodic single ‘iTrack’ on Spinnin’ Records.

“Beta” – Hardwell & Nicky Romero
Before Dutch superstars Hardwell and Nicky Romero released their breakthrough singles ‘Spaceman’ and ‘Toulouse’ respectively, they shared the same studio for the creation of ‘Beta’. This single would feature the bigroom festival style that became each artists signature go-to style in their rise to stardom.

“Registration Code” – Martin Garrix & Jay Hardway
‘Wizard’ from Martin Garrix and Jay Hardway was a massive success, receiving over 250 million online streams since it’s release. However, many fans of both artists are surprised to hear that this was not the first time the Dutch artists combined in the studio, releasing a free track back in September 2012. This big room single featured much of the same style that was prominent in ‘Wizard’ and it’s no shock to see the two artists come up with a fresh production.

“Century” – Tiësto & Calvin Harris
Two icons within the electronic dance music scene came together in 2009 for a single which has gone relatively under the radar. Dutch superstar Tiesto and Scottish mastermind Calvin Harris have had a multitude of #1 singles across the world however, this single which was released on Tiesto‘s ‘Kaleidoscope’ album is not as memorable as a collaboration would be if it was released today.

“Chaa Chaa” – Sebastian Ingrosso and Laidback Luke
From his origins in the house and techno underground to his current more eclectic style, Laidback Luke has always been a leading light in music of the present day as well as the future. Back in 2008, he teamed up with Swedish sensation Sebastian Ingrosso for a single which may not be remembered by fans of both artists.
