Oliver Heldens has always been one of the best at creating unforgettable mashups that always make his sets stand out. Though not his most complicated mashup, Heldens’ inventiveness to bring together these two tracks which couldn’t be more different from each other to produce this masterpiece is astonishing. The vocals from Billie Eilish and Khalid feel like they were made for this song with how well they fit in thanks to Heldens’ excellent production skills.

‘Spectrum’ is a track that has been in many amazing mashups with one of the best and most memorable coming from Avicii at Tomorrowland in 2012. His Grammy nominated collaboration with David Guetta paired with the unforgettable vocals of Florence Welch were a match made in heaven. Avicii performing a historic mashup in front of a packed-out Tomorrowland crowd to the backdrop of fireworks in the night sky is a moment no one will forget.

Tomorrowland has served up some amazing moments over years and one that’s hard to forget came back in 2018 with Axwell & Ingrosso closing day 2 of the festival with a mashup of ‘Don’t You Worry Child’ and ‘Wake Me Up.’ Two titans of electronic music bringing together two of its greatest ever songs at the biggest festival in the world is a monumental combination. There are few vocals that would be accepted to replace those of ‘Don’t You Worry Child’ in a mashup so Avicii’s iconic ‘Wake Me Up’ was a great choice that fit the track perfectly.
