5 Tracks You Won’t Believe Are Turning 7 Years Old!

“Apollo” – Hardwell, Amba Shepherd
Essential Hardwell records don’t come much bigger than this groundbreaking hit, ‘Apollo’ featuring Amba Shepherd. Just when you thought the bar couldn’t be raised any higher, the enlightening Dutch taste maker and Revealed Recordings front man, Hardwell, delivered a groundbreaking new track, ‘Apollo’, as follow-up to his critically acclaimed masterpiece, ‘Spaceman’, This euphorically charged single, was released on the 26th of November 2012.

“BFAM” – Martin Garrix, Julian Jordan
Rewind back to 2012 and it was no secret that two of the most talented young producers in the business were Julian Jordan and Martin Garrix. Both producers, who are self entitled “Brothers From Another Mother (BFAM)”, locked themselves in the studio and churned out an impressive piece of melodic, uplifting progressive meets crunchy, pumping electro. ‘BFAM’ grabs your attention with soothing melodies and when you least expect it, it turns into a fireball of face melding proportions. This collaboration was released on the 12th of November 2012.

“Like Home” – Nicky Romero, NERVO
The third official release on the newly launched Protocol Recordings was none-other than the excellent collaboration between the Dutchman Nicky Romero and Australian twin sisters Nervo. An incredible melodic vocal progressive house anthem that still holds up to this day was a result of these two exceptional acts coming together in the studio for the first time. This track was released on the 12th of November 2012.

“Ode To Oi” – TJR
An iconic melbourne bounce production that has been streamed over 50 millions times across the world since its release. Fresh off the back of his collaboration with chart topping artist Pitbull, TJR returned on Chris Lake‘s Rising Music label with ‘Ode To Oi’. A nod to all things big, bouncy and simply fun on the dance floor, once that lead kicks in among the chorus of “OI’s!”, it’s all worries forgotten and life taken that little bit less serious. This track was released on the 12th of November 2012.

“Annie’s Theme” – Afrojack
After being highly anticipated for so long since its debut at Ultra Music Festival 2012, the follow up track to Afrojack‘s banger ‘Rock The House’ was finally unveiled. ‘Annie’s Theme’ resembles that classic Afrojack sound with his trademark rough high pitched beeps, whines, and whistles which are mashed up flawlessly to create yet another sure shot for clubs worldwide. This track was released on the 5th of November 2012.
