After his final single of 2019, ‘Go To War’ alongside Suyano, was released, electronic dance music fans were left waiting patiently for the next release from Hardwell. 1 year later and we are finally getting another dose of big room medicine from the Dutchman as he appears alongside close friends and fellow Dutchmen, Blasterjaxx. In the process of releasing the long-anticipated ‘Bootshaus ID’, the trio of artists have officially created a brand new name, Jaxxwell.
A superstar Dutch DJ who helped shape the EDM explosion of 2012-2013, Robbert van de Corput became Hardwell when he began DJ’ing at the age of 13. Watching the massive dance parties broadcast on MTV encouraged the teen to learn how to mix, and he soon became interested in remixing and working on his own productions.
In the space of just a few years, Blasterjaxx have ascended the journey from relatively unknown producers to heroes of the current scene in astounding fashion. With a none-more-energetic sound that’s packed to the brim with huge riffs, enormous builds, killer drops and infectious melody, they have time and time again proved themselves to be amongst the most exciting producers and DJs in the EDM scene.
