As weekend 1 of Tomorrowland 2019 ends, we look towards the future and it seems the organizers of Tomorrowland are doing the same. Before the full timetable was released for both weekends, the Tomorrowland organizers left two blank spaces in each of the closing slots. Several days before the festival kicked off, Tomorrowland announced the addition of KSHMR along with a special 15 years of iconic Tomorrowland anthems performance from 3 Are Legend (Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Steve Aoki). This killed off all the rumors of a Swedish House Mafia appearance for weekend 1, however they did not announce the closing act for weekend 2 at the same time which kept some of those rumors alive.
Tomorrowland recently took to Twitter to confirm that it will not be Swedish House Mafia closing out the festival, as they have announced a special 15 years tribute performance from Armin Van Buuren with 3 Are Legend closing out the festival yet again playing 15 years of iconic Tomorrowland anthems. These acts bring a certain amount of energy and presence to the main stage that cannot be matched and whoever is in attendance or watching online will be in for a treat.
