Avi Sic teams with FOOTWURK for ‘Set Me Free’, a bass-driven, groove-heavy house anthem released via Be Yourself record label.

Avi Sic releases ‘Set Me Free’ alongside Canadian duo FOOTWURK via Be Yourself. Following on from her September single, ‘Universe Is Me,’ with Trentino and her work alongside Nessø for ‘Need No Light’ featuring KXNE on HEXAGON, the Producer and DJ brings another high-energy collaboration to the Electronic Music scene, fusing her bass-heavy sound with FOOTWURK’s own House-leaning style.

Built for the dancefloor, a steady, groove-led momentum drives ‘Set Me Free’ forward, giving way to a strong, commanding sound that pulls listeners in and locks them into an energetically charged journey through melody, movement, and tightly-woven production. From the expressive female vocals to the articulate bass lines, each element of the track is crafted with intention, designed to elevate its power and potential for playlists and club-spaces alike; thumping kicks, pulsating layers, dark low-end textures, synthetic melodic lead, and shuffled percussive details interlock in a cohesive and rolling flow, leading the track in a balanced and controlled way.

As the track moves through breakdowns and hard-hitting drops, ‘Set Me Free’ embodies Avi Sic’s signature energy, all the while aligning with the rave-nuanced direction that sets the tone within FOOTWURK’s work. A refreshing follow-up to their previous collaboration, ‘Work It,’ earlier this year, the single reaffirms the chemistry and shared instinct between Avi Sic and the duo, revealing another high-impact track for both veteran fans and first-time listeners to discover.

Driven by focus, purpose, and passion, Avi Sic continues to shape a path where creativity and ambition converge. With a clear commitment to growth and a willingness to evolve, she’s steadily building both her sound and reputation, joining respected labels, performing on major stages, like headlining Chicago Pride Fest this past summer, and reaching new milestones, including recently hitting the one million streams mark on Spotify.

So, as she steps out with this latest single, the Producer and DJ is clearly keeping the pace high and the vision sharp, continuing to shape a catalogue defined by creativity, collaboration, and club-ready appeal.
