Bieber Remixer Jerome Price Gets His ‘Freak’ On For Armada Deep!

The bump and grind of ‘Freak’ is UK producer Jerome Price making the temperature rise on his Armada Deep debut with a deadly shake and shimmy. ‘Freak’ features the vocals of Mei Mei, a mood setter who knows exactly what she wants, exhibiting the sort of butter-wouldn’t-melt sass that has earned her plays on BBC 1xtra. Price‘s mid-paced vibe has all the weaponry at its disposal to kick up a pop chart fuss, pushing buttons with an up-and-down of rumbling bass and fanfares, and a ‘Tambourine’-style hook that’ll make perfect sense when you’re deep into the pleasuredome and the ways of the wavy are taking hold.

Jerome Price: “The idea for ‘Freak’ came from when I was in an LA studio late last year – I knew it had to be a single, it’s such a great vibe. I worked on the production back in the UK and instantly knew Mei Mei was the right voice for it”.

Supported by DJ’s on BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM and Capital FM in the UK, Jerome Price is fast approaching golden boy status for his remix work, writing headlines with his massive rework of Tim Berg’s ‘Seek Bromance’, and his flip of the Justin Bieber smash ‘What Do You Mean’. Other top tier productions include remixes of , Troye Savan and Jonas Blue, and Price’s next move to take over the game will be the launch of his own label, ‘Babylon’.
