Bingo Players Member Paul Baumer Passed Away 5 Years Ago Today

Take a trip back to the booming EDM industry in the late 2000’s and early 2010’s, there is one duo who were constantly creating smash hit after hit. It is none other than Dutch duo Bingo Players. With such hits as ‘Rattle’, ‘Cry (Just A Little)’, ‘Mode’ and many many more, it is no surprise that Bingo Players were touring the world and playing on the biggest main stages out there. Unfortunately in 2012, Paul Baumer had fallen ill and he stopped touring and it was later reveaed that he had cancer. After a lengthy 1 year battle Paul sadly passed away.

Maarten Hoogstraten announced in early 2014 that Bingo Players would be continuing on as a solo act, as per Paul‘s wishes. Before his death however, there was one track that they worked on together and Maarten would reveal that it is ‘Knock You Out’. In 2014 Maarten would release ‘Knock You Out’ under the Bingo Players name thus continuing the legacy Paul left behind.

You can check out their smash hits ‘Rattle’ and‘Knock You Out’  below.
