Born in the Island of Gods (Bali), raised in the city of Jakarta, where musical progression never ceases, Bleu Clair has become a household name in the underground scene of Indonesia’s sleepless capital. Nevertheless, his taste, talent, and skill in production has gained attention globally specifically with his record ‘Phone Call’ which has received recognition from notable artists such as Skrillex, Malaa, A-Trak, San Holo, and others. Bleu Clair’s trademark, or what some would say “musical thumbprint”, is his sophisticated yet eclectic musical identity that roots from the bass/tech-house genre. His sets derive from one identity but are never the same. He never fails to please a crowd whether they’ve heard him perform or not as he consistently brings something new on deck.
Bleu Clair’s STMPD RCRDS debut ‘Need You’ was featured as one of the many ID’s in Martin Garrix’s live set from his rooftop, after which the suspense for the track only grew more. Now finally releasing it, Bleu Clair provides some serious ear candy with his latest release. The track was definitely worth the wait and a prime example of why you need to keep an eye on the producer.
