On PLS&TY’s ‘Very Special’ EP, artists featured were “Island Pop” icon Sean Kingston, social media sensation and artist Alex Aiono and Soundcloud rap trendsetter Wifisfuneral, to name a few. Also, K-Pop superstars GOT7 performed his sultry remix of Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’ at the SBS Awards Festival last year which was televised across Korea.
With 4-epic songs on the EP, each piece will have you floating on cloud 9. The opening track sets the tone for the release as PLS&TY teams up with Kyan for ‘Can’t Take My Eyes Off You’, which brings a vibrant and sultry sound into the mix. Rolling into the title track ‘Very Special’, featuring the legendary Sean Kingston, the two work their magic together, bringing you what will be one of the hottest songs of the Summer.
‘High’ featuring Tima Dee and ‘I Miss You’ featuring Alex Aiono and Wifisfuneral hold their own on the collection of songs, as they each stand out with their own flavor and style.
PLS&TY is a “young Andy Warhol of the dance music world” with a very unique aesthetic and artistically stands out from artists of his genre and age. He focuses a lot on visual floetry with his projects and has shown to be the “King of collaborations” crossing genres together and breaking the status quo.
This year sees no slowing down for the incredible talent. With ‘Very Special’ under his wing, PLS&TY has created a release that is skillfully crafted from beginning to end.
