American artists Matthew Oropallo and David Donahue, who may be better known as the duo DonPallo, had spent the majority of 2018 working in their studio and in 2019 they have been treating us those productions in 2019. Some may say quality over quanity, but releasing over 10 new tracks since the beginning of 2019, DonPallo have proved that quote to be false. Teaming up DJ Susan, the founder of Hood Politics Records, for their latest release, the combination of these two acts does not disappoint.
They take this old school classic funk track and give it a modern rework which makes it perfect for any DJ’s live sets. DJ Susan and DonPallo strip this original track and keep some elements while adding their own signature style which makes for the perfect club edit. This edit builds towards a powerful drop which features heavy bass lines and infectious synth work on top of the original vocals which are sure to make your feet tap and your head bop.
