Bass regulator Fransis Derelle returns to Monstercat with his next multi-layered production, bringing on vocalist Josh Rubin for “Same Mistake.” The track finds its stride in the emotive moments between heavy drops and futuristic swells, combining to create a powerful atmospheric collaboration. Look out for “Same Mistake” in Rocket League on February 9!#

Fransis shares, “Same Mistake” is one of my personal favorites. We wanted to display true emotion through music and that’s something I feel like we were able to accomplish.”

Based in Salt Lake City, where he’s a local legend in the scene, Fransis Derelle is redefining bass music for the next generation. In just a few years, he’s caught the attention of influential electronic tastemakers and hit stages across the country including Countdown NYE, Imagine Fest, Global Dance Festival, Das Energi, and more. His unique brand has led him to sign with some of the biggest labels in the space, from Monstercat and Circus, to Subsidia and Buygore. Most recently Fransis collaborated with CRaymak and HVDES on their debut Monstercat heater, “Ember” with more to look forward to on the label this year.
