GNDHI Releases ‘Bangalore’ Paying Homage To His Hometown

GNDHI, the eclectic artist and multi-instrumentalist returns with his newest track ‘Bangalore’. Renowned for pushing boundaries and infusing global soundscapes, GNDHI delivers a club anthem that embodies the lively essence of his hometown.

‘Bangalore’ showcases GNDHI’s mastery in integrating cultural motifs with electronic music, combining South Indian Konnakol vocal rhythms to create a unique experience like no other. The track kicks off with intricate melodies and an energetic baile influence. GNDHI’s versatility is highlighted throughout, with his artistry taking center stage. As its name suggests, ‘Bangalore’ serves as a tribute to his roots, encapsulating the city’s pulse through pure experimentation. The track’s deep, hypnotic beat pulls listeners in, delivering a sense of euphoria immediately from the start which will keep fans on their feet all night long.

Pulling inspiration from Afrobeat, Baile funk, and trap, GNDHI effortlessly incorporates these styles into his production elements. Following the success of previous singles such as ‘Move On’ and ‘BULLSHXT’, he continues to explore new frontiers with his latest single.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone India, GNDHI discussed his evolving live performances, stating: “I’ve categorized my sets into two now. One is a hybrid live set, and one is a fully live set. The fully live set has no DJ decks, and the hybrid live has decks, but I’m still doing live synthesis, live saxophone, and percussions.”

GNDHI‘s impressive catalog has garnered acclaim from renowned publications including GQ, Billboard, and EARMILK. While many artists have been rinsing his tunes across major festivals such as Ultra Japan, Coachella, Lollapalooza, and EDC. With a lineup of future releases already in the works, GNDHI solidifies his place as one of the most exciting and influential artists of the year.

“Bangalore’s energy is what drives me creatively and this track is my way of capturing that vibe. Merging the classic sound of retro trumpets, the rhythmic artistry of Konnakol, and South Asian beats with a touch of Baile and Bass. It’s a nod to my roots while delivering a fresh record to my fans” – GNDHI
