HRZON is back with another single, ‘Lose You Again’, featuring Four Keeps. This melancholic track paints the story of how a relationship suddenly changed – how things just didn’t feel the same way anymore, and how the singer realized a little bit too late that things changing was all her fault after all. This track is different from others in the sense that it combines two opposing music genres from each other, acoustic meets EDM.
Den Michael Manawatao, professionally known as HRZON, is a Filipino electronic music producer from Leyte, Philippines specializing in future bass music. With over 3,000 followers on all social platforms, his content has over been streamed over 35,000 times since the beginning of 2020. With his debut single ‘Midnight Sky’ released in February of 2020, he then released ‘Paradise’ (with Fritz Miranda and Jeanette Vacalares) and ‘The Weekend’ (with reon), gaining just under 30,000 streams on both songs combined. HRZON was also featured on Spotify PH’s Magandang Umaga Pilipinas, Pinoy Indie Mix, and OPM Workday Marathon.
HRZON has been producing electronic music since 2014. He worked under the alias M!ke Manz and worked on big room house when he first started. He eventually switched to future bass and has been releasing music independently for the past six years. His tracks are inspired by ILLENIUM, Said the Sky, and Dabin. The themes in his tracks are inspired by significant encounters and special moments in his life. For HRZON, music is not just a hobby or passion. “I can hardly imagine my life without music. It has attracted me throughout my life, and I could simply not resist its influence. I decided to produce music because I want to become a real artist, share my art with others, and become an inspiration to emerging artists.” says the emerging producer.
