Incredibly Gifted Producer i_o Has Died, Aged 30 Years Old

When it comes to versatile artists, very few can boast a diverse and equally high-quality discography such as i_o. The techno producer would dip his toes into several genres, such as progressive house and trance. His most recently release came just last week, a reworked of the dance classic ‘Castles In The Sky’ released on Armada Music. The news about his death came several hours ago, via his social media pages.

At the time of writing, there has been no confirmed cause of death. The official statement read: “On Monday, November 23rd, the world lost a beautiful soul, Garrett Falls Lockhart, also known as i_o. This extremely talented spirit taught us that even if nothing matters, you can still lead with love. Garrett’s truth and soul lives on through the music he shared. Rest in peace, Garrett. We love you.”
