Jonas Aden Launches ‘Aden Award’, Offering Musicians A Chance To Win $10,000!

Jonas Aden is an artist who places utmost importance on building a close connection with his growing community of likeminded music makers and fans, who benefit from his somewhat unconventional willingness to openly share his prized production tips and tricks and high-quality sample packs, all driven from an immense gratitude for the support he receives. Jonas has quickly become infamous amongst his followers for the authentic behind-the-scenes insights he provides into the life of a rising star and never fails to keep his audience engaged and entertained with his impassioned posts and meme-driven humour and the immense imagination and creativity that goes into his oft amusing music videos.

Having recently hit 100,000 subscribers in a year on his YouTube channel, with the announcement of the inaugural “Aden Award”, Jonas now sets about using his platform to give a budding musician the opportunity of a lifetime to springboard their own career – the chance to win $10,000 to fund their career progression, a year’s worth of mentoring from Jonas himself and support across Jonas’ social media throughout 2020 – a truly formidable prize with the potential to be transformative for a highly deserving winner in need of a lucky break.

Fans will need to submit examples of their music to Jonas along with their career aspirations and details of what they envision using the $10,000 to fund. The application process is open from Friday 6th December through to the deadline of midnight Tuesday, December 31st.

With releases over the past 12 months on esteemed labels such as Musical Freedom, Hexagon and STMPD coming as a direct result of both hard work and determination, as well as support from the industry’s biggest players including Tiësto, Don Diablo, Martin Garrix, Zedd, Alan Walker, Oliver Heldens, Hardwell and Afrojack, Jonas has first-hand experience of the undeniable boost an artists’ backing can give to a burgeoning producer trying to make their way in a notoriously fast-paced industry.

On launching the award, Jonas says “I’ve had such an amazing 12 months since returning to releasing music following a 2-year break with so many goals reached. The support from my fanbase has been overwhelming and I am so grateful to be in a position to be able to give back to the community. I really hope the $10,000 award and the mentoring I’m going to provide makes a massive difference to the career of a rising talent and helps them reach the next stage of their career.”
