“Welcome to tomorrow”, a motto that Vancouver native Kilza lives by. When it comes to his productions, it couldn’t be any more relevant, as 5 years ago, in 2015, he released a single titled ‘Use You’. Making his return 5 years later with that same single and with it being still so highly relevant, he has decided to re-release it on Beige and when taking a listen, the single still feels fresh and new. Perfecting a unique and innovative signature style within the breaks, future bass, and electronic genres, Kilza is no stranger to the bright lights and he is ready to take the world by storm once again.
‘Use You’ kicks off with some fresh ambience that leads and builds with rising synths and filters vocal samples that set a creative tone for the single. The drop hits and blows us away as pitched vocal samples take center stage. Those vocals are being backed up by low lying synths that are used as the perfect bed for the entire single. The overall tone and structure of the single is perfect as we find ourselves replaying it over and over as we can’t get enough.
