Truth be told, KSHMR is one of the biggest and most popular artists within the electronic dance music industry at the moment. Boasting over 4 million monthly listeners combined on releases such as ‘Secrets’, ‘Jammu’, ‘Burn’ among many others it’s no surprise to see KSHMR gain a lot of success. He has also helped up and coming producers across the world with his sample packs.
The very popular Doom composer Mick Gordon took to Twitter to compare his samples along with KSHMR‘s to show how similar they are. He even took a stab at KSHMR‘s credibility by using the hashtag #iguessyoujustpushplayafterall. He has since deleted those tweets. KSHMR took little time to respond as he uploaded a video to Twitter, in which he says he was incredibly inspired by Micks’ work while creating the sample pack. He stated that he would delete that section of the sample pack if Mick was okay with it.
