As the year and decade came to a close, many artists look back at what they’ve delivered in the past months. However, for this UK-based duo, ending the year was used as a way to close out a year of background work in the studio. Only releasing 2 remixes in the year of 2019, Ladebare release a brand new remix, which dropped on new years eve, to preview us of what the duo will be getting up to in the new year. Featuring their signature house style, this remix of ‘Hey Hey’ by Dennis Ferrer is a peak time club anthem ready to take over the club scene in 2020.
The remix kicks off with simple yet effective drum work that sets the tone for the remainder of the remix. As the remix progresses, the duo add in a groovy bassline that is sure to get your feet tapping. Ladebare then incorporates the vocals from the original track that when combined with the previously mentioned sounds brings this track to the next level. Every element added into the mix perfectly combines with each other and tops this remix off tremendously.
