There’s been a great deal of anticipation for the release of Martin Garrix’s next album with much speculation as to when it will drop. As Amsterdam Dance Event begins, he’s finally unveiled the release date.

Martin Garrix has kicked off his contributions to ADE with an intimate DJ set for his top Spotify fans. Not only were they treated to Garrix’s usual electric energy behind the decks but at the end of his set he revealed the release date for his new album. Dropping on March 5th 2027, ‘Marty’ will be his 3rd studio album, and takes its name from Garrix’s early DJ moniker DJ Marty.

Garrix’s last album came in 2022 with ‘SENTIO’ and was the first album he released under the name of Martin Garrix. His debut album ‘Greatest Hits Vol. 1’ came the year before through his AREA21 project. The wait since ‘SENTIO’ for another album has been a long one for all Garrix fans and the next few months are going to be no easier. However, the release date announcement is a shining light at the end of the tunnel and fans at the event got treated to even more excitement. Garrix played some unreleased material as he unveiled another track that will feature vocals from himself following his amazing vocal display on ‘Dream of You.’

ADE is only just beginning and there’s already a lot to talk about and a lot to be getting excited about. While ‘Marty’ is still a way down the road, Amsterdam is ready for an electric week.

Hi I'm Mackenzie and rather unsurprisingly, I love electronic music. After over 10 years of blasting my ears with everything from Martin Garrix to San Holo, I've found myself forever digging deeper into this world. If I were to name my top 5 favourite artists I'd say Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens, The Prodigy, Hardwell, and Avicii make up that list. Alongside writing I'm also a producer who makes whatever comes to mind. Big room house, drum & bass, hardstyle, it's all fun to dig into. See you out in the fields people :)
