In just a few years, Italian DJ and producer GENESI has carved out a space in the dance music world, blending his craft of Melodic House, Techno, and underground culture into an instantly recognizable signature. His rapid rise has been punctuated by monumental achievements, including ranking #44 on 1001Tracklists’ Top 101 Producers of 2024, where he was the second-highest new entrant of the year.
GENESI’s breakout track, “Everything You Have Done (Meduza Edit),” has been a defining moment in his career, amassing over 65 million streams on Spotify and topping Beatport’s All Genres and Bass House charts. This chart-topping hit has become a staple in the sets of clubs across the world, with support from icons such as Solomun, Dom Dolla, and John Summit.
Further solidifying his place in the industry, GENESI achieved another Beatport #1 in the Tech House category with “See You Sweat” (with Max Styler) and climbed to #4 on the All Genres chart with “Funk Soul Brother” (with VLTRA). His music has not only peaked on the charts but also earned him releases on some of the world’s most prestigious labels, including REALM, Tomorrowland Music, Catch & Release, and Insomniac.
GENESI’s live performances have also garnered global attention. In 2024 alone, he graced the stages of iconic venues such as Hï Ibiza as part of his residency with “Our House,” Café Mambo, Creamfields UK, Drumsheds London, Parc Olympique Montreal, BCM Mallorca, and Cavo Paradiso. Looking ahead to 2025, GENESI shows no signs of slowing down. A true master of sound design indeed, with multiple chart-topping hits, and a large presence on the stage, he is set to continue his ascent as one of the most exciting talents in dance music.
