Returning to the spotlight with arguably one of his most playful releases to date, Indian up-and-comer Narayan has just joined forces with US singer and songwriter Davis Mallory to share “Favorite Time of Year.” Bringing together atmospheric production and uplifting future bass drops, “Favorite Time of Year” perfectly showcases Narayan’s production abilities, which nicely compliment Davis Mallory’s vocal lines, that see him metaphorically compare the feeling of the holidays with the sensation of being in love.
Over the past year, Narayan has established himself as one of the fastest-growing producers out of India, with support from publications such as YourEDM and EDM.com, as well as releases on established labels such as MOST WANTED, OXYTIME, Simplify Recordings, and many more. Still evolving and refining his style, he dabbles in everything from future bass to slap house, and has seen massive success with his viral covers, such as his house redo of Ed Sheeran’s “Bad Habits” which has amassed more than 285k streams on Spotify to date.
