Tiesto & Solardo – I Can’t Wait
Kicking off our dance music coverage for this week is the unlikely combination of Solardo and Tiësto as they bring us ‘I Can’t Wait’ with vocalist Poppy Baskcomb. ‘I Can’t Wait’ buzzes with positive energy, with Baskcomb’s strong diva-esque vocal bringing power without feeling strained, perfectly embodying the excitement and tension leading up to a big night out. Combined with Solardo and Tiësto’s unparalleled production, there’s a warm, sunshine-drenched feeling to the beautiful melodies and synth textures that fill the track, which suggests we’ll still be hearing this one long into the Summer 2023 season.

Martin Garrix & JVKE – Hero
In collaboration with Nuverse, Second Dinner, and MARVEL Entertainment, Martin Garrix and JVKE released their new MARVEL SNAP anthem track ‘Hero’, supported by a superhero-studded animated music video. ‘Hero’ explores a new side of the ever-diverse Garrix, with a mysterious, ominous, pumping sound where JVKE’s vocals perfectly blend in. The song already raised anticipation worldwide when Garrix announced its release a couple of weeks ago.

Mallrat & The Chainsmokers – Wish On An Eyelash part 2
In a year that was built around their brand new album release, The Chainsmokers close out 2022 on a high as they unveil ‘Wish On An Eyelash part 2’ alongside Mallrat.
