NGHTMRE & SLANDER’s Gud Vibrations Label Releases ‘Mutation’ EP By Midnight Tyrannosaurus!

NGHTMRE & SLANDER‘s imprint Gud Vibrations welcomes the newest member of the crew, Midnight Tyrannosaurus, with the release of his ‘Mutation’ EP. The three-track project delivers Midnight Tyrannosaurus‘s incredibly unique, heavy-hitting dubstep style from the instant the robotic, mechanical title track begins, starring bone-shaking bass and jarring synths. ‘Banana Planet’ packs an otherworldly, tribal bass punch, evoking images of a terribly dystopian jungle. Wrapping things up is ‘Styx’, featuring ominous, minimal production style and disembodied vocal samples. While Midnight Tyrannosaurus‘s sound is difficult to classify, one thing is for certain – you won’t be forgetting it anytime soon. Label heads NGHTMRE & SLANDER share their excitement about bringing on this talented new artist:

“We are very excited to welcome Midnight Tyrannosaurus to the Gud Vibrations family! He is an incredibly talented producer that is truly pushing the boundaries of bass music. The one thing we love the most about Midnight T is that his songs are instantly recognizable and very unique. We can’t wait for the world to hear his new EP! We hope it really challenges listeners to open their minds to something new! Get ready!” – NGHTMRE & SLANDER

Before linking up with the Gud Vibrations camp, Midnight Tyrannosaurus had written releases on multiple bass labels over the majority of the past decade, most recently on Never Say Die‘s Black Label. He is currently on his first solo worldwide headline 40+ date ‘Mutation Tour’ to promote the EP, which began on January 18th in China and hits major cities such as Sydney, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago and more. The tour also features Midnight Tyrannosaurus‘ own visuals and support from bass artists YAKZKai Wachi, and Cromatik. The future is looking very bright indeed for Midnight Tyrannosaurus, who is set to be one of Gud Vibrations‘ artists of 2019, alongside WAVEDASHShadient and of course NGHTMRE and SLANDER themselves.
