Back in July, the Los Angeles-based producer known as One True God brought his signature blend of dark, ominous house over to Night Mode via his label debut, ‘Addicted’. Now, he’s stepping back into the frame with a fiery follow-up that arrives in the form of ‘I See U‘. Building upon his initial appearance, the track sees him upping the ante with an eye-opening four-on-the-floor offering that’s structured around big plucky bass licks, heavily distorted bottom-end, haunting textures, and foreboding vocals lurching from the shadows.
Since first surfacing in the house scene back in 2019, OTG has already made considerable strides for himself on the strength of his singular sound. In the last year alone, the burgeoning artist has taken the raw and grit of his straight sinister productions to esteemed imprints from the likes of mau5trap, Astralwerks and, most recently, Musical Freedom.
