Two acts that have made a strong name for themselves with their infectious dance covers, EQRIC and PHARAØH have joined forces once again to bring us “Counting Stars,” a refreshing and dancefloor-ready take on the 2013 classic by OneRepublic. Combining groovy slap house basslines and hard-hitting horn stabs, the two artists are able to masterfully turn “Counting Stars” into an epic dance ride, that is amplified with an incredible vocal performance by Timmy Commerford.
EQRIC is based in Canada, and has truly established himself as a house heavy-hitter over the past couple of years with releases on labels such as Nightblue Music, Loudkult, Magic Music and Future House Cloud, as well as collaborations with the likes of Besomorph, Britt Lari, CHENDA and more. PHARAØH is based in the US and born in Egypt, and is gearing up to take over dance music this year, with a lot of exciting music ready to be unveiled to the world.
