Remixing your own tracks has been synonymous within electronic dance music, with the likes of Avicii and Alesso releasing singles and them remixing them to give them a fresh vibe. Now taking inspiration from those artists, POINT BLVNK takes his 2017 single ‘Tantrum’ and touches it up with some modern power to deliver ‘Tantrum Reloaded’ and it hits hard.
With original support from the likes of Afrojack, Alan Walker, Quintino, VINAI, Firebeatz, Yves V, Blasterjaxx, and more, the expectations on this new version couldn’t be higher. POINT BLVNK takes that pressure and thrives on it, giving us a worthy successor for the 2017 smash. Released on his very own PYRO Records, this rework is sure to turn lots of heads in the dance music world.
Based out of Hamburg, Germany, POINT BLVNK started as a graffiti writer and Hip Hop DJ and turned into a DJ/producer within the world of electronic music. POINT BLVNK has previously collaborated with artists like Azzido Da Bass, toured as a DJ for more than 15 years, played festivals like Parookaville, and has released official remixes for the likes of Joachim Garraud and others.
POINT BLVNK’s music, released on labels such as Ministry Of Sound, Tommie Sunshine‘s Brooklyn Fire, EDX’s Sirup, Deorro‘s Panda Funk, 2-Dutch and Beat Dealer, has been heard in DJ-sets of world renown artists such as David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Don Diablo, Tiësto, Fedde Le Grand, Blasterjaxx, Lucas & Steve, Danny Avila, and Timmy Trumpet, just to name a few.
