Launched by Italian artist Marco Deleoni and Kom at the start of 2021, POLEIS RECORDS has quickly grown from an unknown record label to one of the best places for both new and experienced producers to showcase their music. With two years of amazing music under their belt, POLEIS RECORDS now launches its first sub-label, CLEIO RECORDS, and marks the occasion with an incredible first single from JOHLOW titled ‘Earthquake’.
Receiving and releasing so much incredible music, it was only a matter of time for CLEIO RECORDS to be born under the banner of POLEIS RECORDS, and the start of 2023 was the perfect time. Allowing us not get settled into the year, CLEIO RECORDS wasted no time clicking off their catalog, and with this track, they have certainly started off on the right foot.
Written and produced by Brazilian up-and-comer JOHLOW, ‘Earthquake’ is a deep and melodic single that perfectly showcases the sound that CLEIO RECORDS will be treating us to in the coming months. Addictive and infectious melodies are the main attraction with this single, as vocal work lays the memorable aspects for the listeners. The single is then topped off perfectly for each drop as a rhythmic and subtly bouncy bassline gets introduced, making this the perfect tune to get people on their feet.
