PRANA Releases Debut Single ‘Pieces’ on Maison Sonics
PRANA Releases Debut Single ‘Pieces’ on Maison Sonics after building her name across Paris, Beirut, Radio FG, and international stages
PRANA has released her debut single Pieces on Maison Sonics, giving the Lebanese DJ her first official release after years of playing between Paris, Beirut, and international stages. Her profile has grown through Radio FG and Maxximum, with sets across Tech House, Indie Dance, Melodic House and Techno, and Afro House connecting her to shows alongside PAWSA, Seth Troxler, Francis Mercier, WhoMadeWho, and &friends. She has also played at Grand Palais des Glaces and L’Olympia Paris, while taking her music to cities including Casablanca, Tangier, Cairo, Ibiza, New York, and Saint Tropez. With Pieces, PRANA now steps into production with a release that connects her Lebanese roots, her Paris and Beirut background, and the club experience that has defined her career so far.
PRANA Turns Years Behind the Decks Into Her First Official Release
For PRANA, Pieces gives listeners the first official release from an artist who has already been heard through DJ sets, radio shows, and club bookings across several markets. The Lebanese DJ has developed her career between Paris and Beirut, with a sound rooted in Tech House, Indie Dance, Melodic House and Techno, and Afro House, but her story until now has mostly lived in the places she has played. Releasing through Maison Sonics gives that story a recorded starting point. It puts her name on a single that listeners can return to outside the night itself, while still keeping the release close to the club music that has carried her through stages in France, Lebanon, Morocco, Egypt, Spain, the USA, and the wider Middle East.

The release follows the same path that has been forming around PRANA over the past few years, as her profile has grown through radio, club bookings, and international lineups. Her presence on Radio FG and Maxximum has placed her in front of electronic music listeners beyond the venues she plays, while appearances at Grand Palais des Glaces and L’Olympia Paris have connected her name to major stages in France. She has also shared lineups with PAWSA, Seth Troxler, Francis Mercier, WhoMadeWho, and &friends, giving her a live background that already sits close to the kind of music heard on Pieces. That context gives the single more weight because it is not only a debut release. It is the first recorded part of a career that has already been developing through DJ sets, radio slots, and shows across different cities. With Maison Sonics now behind her first release, PRANA begins adding original music to the same story that first introduced her through the decks.
PRANA Signs With Maison Sonics for Her First Original Releases
With Pieces now released, PRANA begins her first run of original music through Maison Sonics, the California based company founded by AROCK and DAWTY. The company works across label services, management, publishing, and records, so her signing places the release inside a wider music setup from the beginning. Maison Sonics also lists PRANA on its represented roster as an artist and DJ, which makes Pieces part of a larger working relationship between the label and her producer career. It is not only a single attached to a label credit. It is the first release from a new artist relationship where her recorded music, creative direction, and long term rollout can develop under the same team.
That makes this section different from the earlier biography because the focus is now on how PRANA is releasing music, not where she has already played. After Pieces, the next part of her story depends on how she continues building a catalogue under Maison Sonics, especially as the press material points to more original music and ambitious projects ahead. The signing gives her debut release more structure because it connects her first production work to a company already involved in artist representation and recorded music. For listeners discovering PRANA through Pieces, it also makes the release feel less like a one time experiment and more like the first public step in a producer run that is now being developed with a label team behind it.
With Pieces now out, PRANA closes the gap between the DJ career that first introduced her and the original music she is beginning to release. The single gives her catalogue a first entry under Maison Sonics, while still keeping the focus on the musical identity she has carried through clubs, radio, and international shows. As more projects follow, Pieces works as the first clear look at where PRANA is taking her production next.
