Seven months after progressive house supergroup Swedish House Mafia charted their first number one single, ‘Miami to Ibiza’, they served up an epic banger of proportions that is still loved by festival goers worldwide today.

‘Save the World’ dropped on May 13th , 2011, instantly becoming the #1 dance hit in the United States and 10 in the UK. Selling over 463K copies in the US alone, the track was nominated for a Grammy that year for Best Dance Recording placing the trio into icon status. The hypnotic chords provide a dream-like trance, with John Martin on vocals, proclaiming with his melodic emphatic plea the promise for those experiencing a bad day or going through a dark time.

To date, ‘Save the World’ has massed 216M Spotify streams and 129M YouTube views certifying Swedish House Mafia with international acclaim.
