Released 21 Years Ago: Chicane – Saltwater

Often regarded as one of the greatest trance tracks of all time, ‘Saltwater’ by Chicane was released on the 24th of May, 1999. Hitting the #1 spot in the UK Dance charts, along with gaining over 50 million streams online, ‘Saltwater’ still holds up today as a brilliant production with a multitude of artists still using it in their live sets 20 years on. When it comes to dance classics in electronic dance music history, it’s tough to argue against the importance of this release.
