Featuring several world exclusive premieres during his EDC Las Vegas set in 2014, Hardwell unveiled not just the first single ‘Arcadia’ from his first studio album, but also his mesmerizing remix of Coldplay‘s beautiful collaboration with Avicii ‘A Sky Full of Stars’. Adding subtle touches, the Dutch megastar succeeded in retaining the euphoria of the original, whilst giving the record a fresh progressive deepness, that sees it journey down a new, more club driven tone. Front man Chris Martin‘s voice is as dreamlike as ever, swelling alongside the song’s catchy pop-like melody, but the sprinkling of Hardwell‘s signature sound gives the record another gear, transforming it into an anthemic masterpiece perfectly suited to the main stage.
