Released 6 Years Ago: Alesso vs OneRepublic – If I Lose Myself

27 year old Alessandro Lindblad, more notably recognized as Alesso, hailing from Stockholm, has won over his country from the very start of his career. In 2012, he released his second single ‘Calling (Losing My Mind)’ with the legendary Swedish House Mafia’s Sebastian Ingrosso and Grammy award winning OneRepublic front man Ryan Tedder. Which was certified 2x Platinum in Sweden while also reaching no. 1 on Billboard’s US Hot Dance Club Songs.

That would not be the last time he worked with OneRepublic as in 2013 he released the iconic ‘If I Lose Myself’. This single reached heights that no one would have foreseen, gaining over 200 million online streams along with being certified 4x Platinum in Sweden. An amazing single which has stood the test of time as it is still one of many artists go to records to play in a live set.
