It’s not often that two of the world’s biggest electronic dance music producers join forces on a club track capable of wreaking havoc whenever it’s blasted from high-powered, high-fidelity sound systems. This is one of those rare instances. GRAMMY-nominated artist, Armin van Buuren, and three-time “#1 DJ”, Hardwell, released their clubland collaboration, ‘Off The Hook’, which was unveiled to the world 4 years ago on the 14th of September.
A superstar Dutch DJ who helped shape the EDM explosion of 2012-2013, Robbert van de Corput became Hardwell when he began DJ’ing at the age of 13. Watching the massive dance parties broadcast on MTV encouraged the teen to learn how to mix, and he soon became interested in remixing and working on his own productions.
Armin van Buuren is a man driven by an unbridled and relentless passion for music. He is a born perfectionist, striving to stay on top of the scene he’s helped build. As the flag-bearer of the trance movement, he’s one of the most influential figures in EDM worldwide.
