One of Hardwell’s undisputed classics, ‘Three Triangles (Losing My Religion)’ was released on the 17th of June, 2013, via Toolroom Productions, sampling the vocal from R.E.M’s hit ‘Losing My Religion’. A truly forward-thinking track at the time, it undoubtedly contributed towards the massive big room movement that was to dominate the EDM world over the coming years, as well as came at a monumental time in Hardwell’s career. The Dutch DJ and Revealed Recordings label-head released his “I Am Hardwell” documentary that year, while also being crowned the world’s #1 DJ by DJ Mag in both 2013 and 2014.
A superstar Dutch DJ who helped shape the EDM explosion of 2012-2013, Robbert van de Corput became Hardwell when he began DJ’ing at the age of 13. Watching the massive dance parties broadcast on MTV encouraged the teen to learn how to mix, and he soon became interested in remixing and working on his own productions.
