Ever since it appeared as an ID track in DJ sets and radio shows by the likes of Hardwell, Sander van Doorn, and Nicky Romero, hype, rumors and speculation surrounded this massive track. Who produced it, what’s the title, where did it come from? After it was featured in the teaser video for 2014s Spinnin’ Sessions event in Miami, even more discussion followed. With the creator announced as the then-unknown KSHMR, the mystery continued. But evidently the track spoke for itself with its powerful drop and infectious melodies. This single was released on the 24th of February, 2014.
Collaborating with The Far East Movement and Dev, KSHMR’s biggest commercial success came in 2010 as part of the production duo The Cataracs, with the smash hit ‘Like A G6’ spending three weeks at #1 on the US Billboard Hot 100. As a solo artist, he is best known for ‘Secrets’, the huge 2015 collaboration with Tiesto that has racked up over 200 million Spotify streams to date. He has since produced a wealth of hit tracks, such as ‘Megalodon’, ‘Burn’, ‘Karate’, and ‘Wildcard’.
