Nine years ago, on February 17, 2015, Alesso, one of the prominent figures in the progressive house genre, released ‘Cool’, a track from his eagerly anticipated debut album ‘Forever’. This release followed the success of previous singles like ‘Heroes’ and ‘Tear The Roof Up’, keeping up the momentum leading to the album’s release. In ‘Cool’, Alesso creatively sampled Kylie Minogue‘s ‘Get Outta My Way’, infusing it with captivating vocals and an irresistibly catchy hook.
